Las Vegas Travel Guide
Viva Las Vegas, am I right?! I have taken a few trips to Vegas in the past year so I thought I would make a travel guide that includes all of my favorite recommendations. Below I am sharing where to stay, where to eat, and what to do in Vegas! I am also sharing some photos from past trips and linking some of my favorite Vegas inspired outfits. I have more Vegas content posted on my Instagram and TikTok so be sure to follow along there so you don’t miss anything!
Where to stay:
Aria is my favorite Vegas resort. It is a newer hotel located on the strip near the Cosmopolitan. It is so beautiful inside and the pool is amazing as well. Aria is also home to a lot of delicious restaurants including Catch, Javier’s, and Jean George’s Steakhouse.
A few other popular hotels include:
Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, Wynn, Caesar’s Palace, and Venetian.
Where to eat:
I have to say, one of my favorite parts of Vegas is all the delicious food! There are so many amazing restaurants and I feel like everyone can find something they like. I am a huge fan of sushi, so I have a few different sushi/Japanese restaurants that I highly recommend as well as some others! Below are all of my Vegas restaurant and bar recommendations!
Restaurants with an experience / higher end:
Catch
Nobu
Tao
Eiffel Tower Restaurant
The Top of the World
Lago
Hell’s Kitchen
Beauty & Essex
Other restaurants I recommend (for lunch / more casual):
Sushi Neko (more of a local spot & the sushi is amazing)
Tacos El Gordo
Momoufuku
Tableau (brunch)
Bars & clubs:
Chandelier Bar (you have to order the “Verbana”, aka the flower drink!)
Tao (Tao is part restaurant and part club)
XS
Things to do:
There is so much to do in Vegas other than gamble or drink! I love all of the nature it has. Below are my favorite things to do as well as other activities I have been wanting to experience!
Red Rock Canyon
Seven Magic Mountains
Mount Charleston
Valley of Fire
Hoover Dam
Helicopter Tour
Bellagio Fountains show
Neon Museum
See a show or concert
Shop and walk down the strip
Fremont Street
Hotel pool or pool party
High Roller at the LINQ
Other things to know / Vegas travel tips:
- Wear comfy shoes, especially during the day. Vegas is a ton of walking because everything is so big and further apart then it seems.
- If you’re going in the summer, hydrate and cool off inside the hotels! I was there when it was 118 degrees last June and it was crazy!
- I always feel safe in Vegas but be aware of your items/purse around Fremont Street, The Strip, and any crowded areas! I like to wear mine crossbody.
- For dinner reservations I would make them 2 or 3 weeks in advance. You need reservations for most places, especially the higher end ones.
That’s all for my Vegas blog post! Feel free to message me on Instagram for any questions or leave a comment on this post. I hope this was helpful for those of you planning a trip to Las Vegas!
xoxo,
